Rising Above Rejection

Rejection is the biggest reminder that not everybody is perfect. It is an experience that could give us a big wake up call about the things we should change in ourselves to redirect ourselves to something that is even better. Continue reading “Rising Above Rejection”

The Top 5 Countries I Want to Visit Before I Die

As an adventurous person, I want to make travelling a hobby. Obviously, it is an expensive hobby, and it is something that I can’t afford for not having a “real” job. The only thing I can really do at the moment is sit in front of my computer and read about other people’s travel stories, and that’s when I came up with a “Travel” article … Continue reading The Top 5 Countries I Want to Visit Before I Die

The Walking Dead Season 7, Episode 6 ‘Swear’ Review: Run Tara, Run!

The first half of The Walking Dead gives us entirely different perspectives every episode. The tension building in each episode is progressing as we focus on the different communities that now must find a way to offer their services to the Saviors. This week, the episode focuses on Tara and the new group she finds. These new characters may be a remixed version of another community from the comics, but this episode will have viewers asking whether this new group is good or bad. American Horror Story: Roanoke – 6 Greatest Moments from the Season

The sixth season of American Horror Story ended last week with Lee sacrificing herself to gain Flora’s love once again. Unlike the other seasons which had a sort of happy ending, I really can’t find the angle where Roanoke’s ending did any of the characters on the show good. Flora’s going to grow up looking back at that moment and realize how big of a mistake it was for her to make her mother do that. The Walking Dead Season 7, Episode 5 ‘Go Getters’ Review: Run The World, Girls!

We are more than halfway through the first half of The Walking Dead season 7, and the previous episode proved how slow but crazy this season has been. Last week, we had the chance to check on our heroes in Alexandria as The Saviors take what is not rightfully theirs. This week, we will be checking on The Hilltop, where Sasha and Maggie decided to stay to somehow recover from their loss served up by Negan in the premiere. Also, we’re getting the chance to see the awesome Jesus and no-balls Gregory. Continue reading “The Walking Dead Season 7, Episode 5 ‘Go Getters’ Review: Run The World, Girls!”

‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ Review – A Whole Newt World

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 was the last film we saw about the Wizarding World before the witches and wizards went on hiatus from our screens, and now, after five years, comes a new one inspired by the textbook features different magical features. The film is directed by the man who brought the last four Harry Potter films into life, David Yates, and was produced and written by the one and only JK Rowling. American Horror Story: Roanoke Finale – The True Sole Survivor

This season of American Horror Story gave us an entirely different feel but still managed to stick to its roots with all of the horror tropes it presented. The homage to the previous seasons were really fun to watch because it sort of gave us an idea on how the seasons are linked. For the season finale, they only didn’t drop a name, or give us a trip down memory lane with a simple imagery because they actually brought back one of the greatest characters of the series, Asylum’s Lana Winters.
